Winner Again!

For the second year in a row, a cheese made on an AB Cheesemaking course won the Novice Cheesemakers Class at Nantwich International Cheese Show on 28th July 2004 Margaret Bostock received the award, on behalf of her fellow delegates on the June Soft Cheese Course, Chris Dawson and Garry Byran. Chris and Garry won with Ashby Blue, a soft blue cheese. A Cheddar, made on the Basic Cheesemaking Course in July 2003 by Isabelle Chasle, Stuart Monteith, Simon Roberts and Jane Wood, came second. |
