100th Course

The 100th AB Cheesemaking Course finished yesterday.  Since the courses started in 1998, over 1300 delegates have attended the courses, from all levels of the dairy industry, as well as suppliers, journalists, retailers, wholesalers and cheese lovers.

Several delegates have gone on to establish their own commercial cheesemaking enterprises, not only in the UK, but also worldwide, the furthest flung cheesemaker is in the Falkland Islands.

Delegates have come from all over the world, Japan, Thailand, New Zealand, USA and Canada, for example, and from Europe, Hungary, Spain, France, Sweden and Ireland.
